Maintenance
In order to keep the pump in full efficiency (only mechanical part), every 3/6 months as
an OPTIONAL maintenance, it is advisable to perform a shot for few seconds (with the
fluid or with water) activating it through the alarm control panel.
As an ANNUAL maintenance, is prescribed:
9. Replace the backup batteries (1x12V 1,3A if POWER200 has been installed)
10. Disconnect the 230V voltage, remove the cover
11. Check the health of the 230V power supply cables of the burner and of the safety
"tablet" thermostat
12. Check that the safety thermostat is still perfectly adherent to the burner
13. Measure the electrical absorption on the 230V, it must be almost ZERO when
disarmed and a maximum of 3 Amps when armed and in heating.
14. Carry out a complete shot (it can be carried out using water but it is advisable to
use the Fog Liquid, in this case)
Repeat the operation if the fog generated emits a burning smell
15. Replace or refill the DEFENDERTECH fluid tank
16. Reset the liquid level by removing the "L" Jumper for 3 seconds
WARNING!!!
If a NON-CONFORMITY has been detected in
3 - 4 6 points turn off the power immediately
and contact the DefenderTech Service.
