Avoid using dimmers or timers; replace them with a standard switch. Also, ensure the fixture isn't on a circuit with motors or fluorescent bulbs; if it is, install it on a separate circuit.

Light leaking through bulb reflectors can also cause this; replace the bulbs with high-quality PAR 38 bulbs. Also, if the motion sensor is in AlertFlash mode, flashing is normal; switch to Security or BulbSaver mode. Finally, ensure you are using dimmable PAR38 LED bulbs rated for outdoor, wet conditions.
