2. Verify that the KMS connection state is normal (as shown below).

Enabling encryption for the VxRail cluster
Use the following procedure to enable encryption for a VxRail cluster.
Prerequisites
Domain of trust is set up.
Procedure
1. Using the vSphere web client, navigate to the vSAN host cluster and click Configure.
2. Under vSAN, select General.

In the vSAN pane, click Edit.
4. On the Edit vSAN settings dialog, check Encryption and select a KMS cluster. Click OK.
