Overview
Table 14 lists the SP serial RS-232/EIA 232 (micro DB-9) pin signals used on the
connector.
Cache Protection Module
The Cache Protection Module is hot-swappable with a capacity of 1 GB.
Each Cache Protection Module provides mirrored VNXe OE cache memory for a single SP
configuration.
The Cache Protection Module includes the following status LEDs:
◆ Power (green)
◆ Fault (amber)
◆ Unsafe to remove (white)
Figure 23 shows the location of the Cache Protection Module status LEDs.
