4 Align the tabs on the base cover with the slots on the palm-rest assembly and snap it into place.
5 Tighten the two captive screws (M2.5) that secure the base cover to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
6 Replace the 10 screws (M2.5x7) that secure the base cover to the palm rest and keyboard assembly.
