Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover

2 Remove the battery.
Procedure
1 Peel o the tapes that secure the touchpad to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2 Peel o the tape that secures the speaker cable to the touchpad.
3 Open the latch and disconnect the hard-drive cable from the system board.
4 Open the latch and disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board.
5 Remove the three screws (M2x2 Big Head) that secure the touchpad bracket to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
6 Lift the touchpad bracket o the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
7 Remove the four screws (M2x2 Big Head) that secure the touchpad to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
8 Lift the touchpad o
 the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
