Replacing the base frame

Procedure
1 Align the tabs on the base frame with the slots on the palm-rest assembly
and snap the base frame into place.
2 Replace the screws that secure the base frame to the palm-rest
assembly.
3 Turn the computer over and open the display.
4 Replace the screws that secure the base frame to the palm-rest
assembly.
5 Slide the touch-pad cable into the connector on the system board and
close the latch to secure the cable.
Post-requisites
1 Replace the keyboard.
2 Replace the fan.
3 Follow the procedure from step 3 to step 5 in replacing the hard drive.
4 Replace the battery.
5 Replace the base cover.
