2 Lift the latch and disconnect the status-light cable from the system
board.
1 latch 2 status-light board cable
3 palm rest assembly
3 Close the display and turn the computer over.
4 Remove the screw that secures the status-light board to the palm rest.
5 Peel off the status-light board cable from the palm rest.
