About this task
The following image indicates the location of the M.2 solid-state drive conversion plate and provides a visual representation of
the removal procedure.
NOTE: The following image is from systems shipped with discrete graphic card. The system board has a different
configuration for systems shipped with integrated graphic card.
Steps
1. Remove the two (M2x3) screws that secures the solid-state drive conversion plate to the system board.
2. Lift and remove the solid-state drive conversion plate from the solid-state drive slot on the system board.

Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.
