Removing the Optical Drive
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working On Your Computer.
2. Remove the battery.
3. Remove the back panel.
4. Remove the screw that secures the optical drive to the computer.
5. Push the screw tab away from the computer to release the optical drive from the drive bay.
6. Remove the optical drive from the computer.
