What to do if Dell MS300 is not pairing?

If your Dell mouse isn't pairing or functioning, start by ensuring the batteries are correctly inserted, matching the '+' and '-' markings in the compartment. Then, check the battery level; recharge if necessary or replace with new ones. Try turning the mouse off and on again to see if the battery-status light flashes amber, indicating low power. Restarting your computer can also help. Make sure the USB dongle is directly connected to your computer, avoiding ports replicators or USB hubs, and try a different USB port. Lastly, ensure the mouse is within 0.5 meters (1.64 feet) of your computer.
