Removing coin cell battery
CAUTION: Removing coin cell battery may reset the motherboard.
1. Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer.
2. Remove the:
a. Side cover
b. Expansion card
3. To remove the coin cell battery:
a. Using a plastic scribe press the release latch until the coin cell battery pops out [1].
b. Remove the coin cell battery from the system [2].
