The logical key of the command is the pair (community, ip-address). If ip-address is omitted then the key
is (community, All-Ips).

Command: username
To establish a username-based authentication system, use the username command in global
configuration mode. Use the no form to remove a user name.

— The name of the user.
password
— The authentication password for the user.
level
— Specifies the user level. If not specified the privilege level is 1.
encrypted
— Encrypted password you enter, copied from another device configuration.
