Installing the Speaker
1. Replace the speaker and fix the clasp.
2. Connect the speaker cable to the system board.
3. Install the computer cover.
4. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
Removing the HDD Thermal Sensor
NOTE: The HDD thermal sensor is an optional component and your computer may not ship with it.
1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the computer cover.
3. Identify the HDD thermal sensor connected to the system board.
4. Disconnect the HDD thermal sensor from the system board.
5. Release the latch that secures the HDD thermal sensor. In this instance, the HDD thermal sensor is
connected to the hard drive.
