Keep tool rest 1/8" or less from wheel; adjust as wheel wears.
Grind on face only, avoid flammable areas, use correct speed wheels.
Use wheels rated for 3600 RPM or higher, 5" diameter with 1/2" arbor holes.
Use a separate circuit with #12 wire and a 20 Amp fuse; ensure correct voltage.
Grinder is wired for 110-120 volt, 60 Hz AC. Ensure correct voltage matches motor.
Plug into a matching, properly installed, and grounded outlet. Do not modify plug.
Temporary adapters may be used for 2-pole receptacles if properly grounded.
Use dresser to shape wheel face and corners for optimal performance.
Remove covers, use wedge to prevent shaft rotation, loosen/tighten arbor nut.
