External Wiring
*1: Wiring for analog input should adopt cables of Ni100/Ni1000, Pt100/Pt1000, Cu50/Cu100,
JPt100, LG-Ni100 or other temperature sensor cables or double shielded cable and should
be separated from other power cables that may cause interference. Please apply 3-wire for
PT100 / PT1000. If a 2-wire sensor is applied, please short-circuit
In+ and In- terminals
(
n=1~6).
*2: When resistance is
0 to 300Ω/ 0 to 3000Ω , we suggest using 2-wire or 3-wire sensor and
not 4-wire.
*3: Choosing the Appropriate Sensor
● DVP06PT-E2: If using Ni100, Pt100, JPt100, Cu50 or Cu100 temperature sensor and 300Ω
resistor, the internal excitation current is 1.0389 mA; if using Ni1000, Pt1000 or LG-Ni1000
temperature sensor and 3000Ω resistor, the internal excitation current is 208.3μA.
● DVP04PT-E2: If using Ni100, Pt100 and 300Ω resistance sensor, the internal excitation current is
1.53mA; if using Ni1000, Pt1000 and 3000Ω resistance sensor the internal excitation current is
200μA
.
*4. Connect FE with terminal for noise suppression.
Note 1: The 3-wire has an even length. A wire length is less than 200m and a wire resistance is less
than 20Ω.
Note 2: Please refer to functions specifications regarding supported sensor types for different types
of products.
