In this mode, the baud rate of DeviceNet can be the same as that for
CANopen (0–8).
 Use with Pr. 09-71.
 0: The baud rate can only be set to 125Kbps, 250Kbps and 500Kbps.
 1: The DeviceNet communication rate can be the same as that for CANopen (setting 0–8).
