Motor drive cannot process the communication
command sent from the keypad.
1. Verify that the keypad is properly
connected to the motor drive by a
communication cable such as RJ45.
2. Press RESET to clear the errors.
3. Shut down the system, wait for ten
minutes, and then restart the system.
If none of the above solutions works, contact
your local authorized dealer for assistance.

If none of the above solution works, contact
your local authorized dealer.

object.
1. Verify that the TPEditor is not using an
unsupported object or setting. Delete
unsupported objects and unsupported
settings.
2. Re-edit the object in the TPEditor, and then
download it to the keypad.
If none of the above solutions works, contact
your local authorized dealer for assistance.
NOTE: The warning code CExx only occurs when the communication problem is between the drive and
the keypad. It has nothing to do with the drive and other devices. Note the warning code description to
find the cause of the error if CExx appears.
