Quick Start Guide
This thermometer features a temperature-buffered sensor enclosed
in a bottle of propylene glycol solution, classied as GRAS (generally
recognized as safe). This ensures accurate measurements that are
not impacted by rapid temperature uctuations caused by frequent
refrigerator or freezer door openings. It also mimics temperature
readings in a medium similar to common uids stored in food and
laboratory refrigerators, freezers, and cold display cases.
