MerchandiseReturns
NomerchandisewillbereturnedforcreditwithoutDEMA’Swrittenpermission.
Returnedmerchandiseauthorizationnumberisrequiredinadvanceofreturn.
ProductWarranty
DEMAproductsarewarrantedagainstdefectivematerialandworkmanshipundernormal
useandserviceforoneyearfromthedateofmanufacture.Thislimitedwarrantydoesnot
applytoanyproductsthathaveanormallifeshorterthanoneyearorfailureanddamage
causedbychemicals,corrosion,physicalabuse,ormisapplication.Rubberandsynthetic
rubberpartssuchas“O”‐rings,diaphragms,PVCtubing,andgasketsareconsidered
expendableandarenotcoveredunderwarranty.Thiswarrantyisextendedonlytothe
originalbuyerofDEMAproducts.Ifproductsarealteredorrepairedwithoutprior
approvalofDEMA,thiswarrantyisvoid.
Defectiveunitsorpartsshouldbereturnedtothefactorywithtransportationprepaid.If
inspectionshowsthemtobedefective,theywillberepairedorreplacedwithoutcharge,
F.O.B.factory.DEMAassumesnoliabilityfordamages.Returnmerchandiseauthorization
numbermustbegrantedinadvanceofreturnedunitsforrepairorreplacement(See
“MerchandiseReturns”above).
