e Adjustment of Spindle Motor
Remove the loader, and detach the mechanism
unit.
Connect the adjustment wired connector (7P) to
the measuring equipments as shown in the illustra-
tion.

e@ For easy way to perform spindle motor adjust-
ment, place the motor as per illustration to
revolute the motor.
Adjust balance volume control VR1 and obtain an
amplitude of height (Y) and width (X) becomes
almost even. (Adjusting the VR1 effects (X)
amplitude.)
When using a dual-mode oscilloscope for adjust-
ment, select ALTER or CHOPPER mode and
apply an signal to CH1 and CH2, then adjust
balance volume control VR1 to obtain an even
amplitude for X and Y.
