  Skipping fasteners and intermittent feed in your DeWalt Nail Gun can occur for several reasons. It could be due to a worn or dry/dirty magazine. The driver might be broken or chipped, or the trigger valve O-ring might be cut or cracked. A leaking deflector gasket, wrong-sized fasteners, or bent/damaged fasteners can also cause this. Additionally, loose magazine nose screws or low air pressure could be the issue. To resolve this: * Replace the magazine if it's worn. * Clean and lubricate the magazine using DEWALT pneumatic tool oil if it's dry or dirty. * Replace the driver if it's broken or chipped (check the driver piston O-ring). * Replace the trigger valve assembly if the O-ring is damaged. * Tighten screws or replace the gasket if the deflector gasket is leaking. * Use onl...
