Die explosionsgeschützten ATEX-
Motoren sind wie folgt
gekennzeichnet (Beispiel):
II 3G Ex nA IIB T3 Gc (Gas)
II 3D Ex tc IIIB T125°C Dc IP54 (nichtleitende Stäube)
CE = CE- Kennzeichnung
= Gerät kann im ATEX-Schutz eingesetzt werden
II = Gerätegruppe
3 = Gerätekategorie
G = ATEX-Atmosphäre aufgrund von Gasen
D = ATEX-Atmosphäre aufgrund von Stäuben
Ex = Explosionsgeschütztes Betriebsmittel
nA = Zündschutzart n (nicht funkende Geräte)
IIB = Explosionsgruppe (für Gas)
T3 = Temperaturklasse
Gc, Dc = Schutzniveau EPL
Tc = Schutz durch Gehäuse
IIIB = Explosionsgruppe (für Staub)
z.B.T125°C
= maximale Oberflächentemperatur verursacht von
Teilen des Ventilators

Gc, Dc = equipment protection level (EPL)
Tc = protection by housing
IIIB = explosion group (for dust)
e.g.T125°C = maximum surface temperature caused by
parts of the fan
12. Transport

Bitte die Lieferung unverzüglich und im Beisein des Anliefer
ers
auf Vollständigkeit und Unversehrtheit überprüfen.
Den Motor nicht ungeschützt im Freien lagern. Vor Feuchtigkeit
schützen.
Hebewerkzeug sicher ansetzen. Nur Hebezeuge und
Lastenaufnahmeeinrichtungen, mit ausreichender Tragfähigkeit
verwenden.
Flüs
sigkeitsgekühlte Motoren dürfen nur an den Ringösen
angehoben werden –
mechanische Belastung der Kühleinheit ist
nicht zulässig.
 Bei Motoren oder Aggregaten, welche mit Schock-
Sensoren ausgestattet sind, ist dessen Zustand vor
Aufstellung zu prüfen. Bei ausgelöstem Schock-
Sensor
muss der Motor zur Überprüfung zurück zum Hersteller.
Please immediately check in the presence of the delivery firm that
the delivery is complete and intact.
Do not store the motor outdoors without suitable protection.
Protect from moisture.
Securely attach lifting tackle. Only use lifting tackle and
accessories with a sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Liquid-cooled motors may only be lifted at the eyelets –
mechanical loading of the cooling unit is not permitted.
 If motors or units are fitted with shock sensors,
their status should be checked before installation. If the
shock sensor triggers, the motor must be
returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
13. Mechanische Installation / Montage

Die Montage darf nur von Fachkräften unter Beachtung dieser
Betriebsanleitung sowie den gültigen Vorschriften ausgeführt
werden.
Schutzvorrichtungen, die für Montagearbeiten demontiert wurden,
unmittelbar nach der Montage (un
d vor dem elektrischen
Anschluss) wieder anbringen.
Die Befestigung darf nur entweder am Flansch oder am Fuss
erfolgen, da sonst Überbestimmung vorliegt. Besonders zu
beachten bei Ausführung mit Bauform IM B34 und IM B35.
Auf geeignetem Motorschutzschal
ter achten durch Betreiber.
ATEX-Bedingungen beachten.
Der Motor darf keinen unzulässig hohen Schwing-
oder
Stoßbelastungen ausgesetzt sein.
The motor may only be assembled by experts taking account of
these operating instructions and the applicable requirements.
As soon as assembly is complete (and before the motor is
connected to the power supply), refit protective fixtures removed
for the assembly work.
The motor may only be attached to either the flange or foot
otherwise the setup is redundant.
For versions with models IM B34
and IM B35, pay particular attention to the following.
Operator must ensure an appropriate motor protection switch.
Observe ATEX conditions.
The motor must not be subjected to impermissibly high vibration or
shock loads.




