Jahre überprüft und wenn notwendig getauscht werden.

Sind vom Standard abweichende Lager eingebaut (z.B. offene
Lager, Sonderbefettung, etc …) ist Rücksprache mit Dietz-
motoren zu halten.

standard bearings are fitted (e.g. open bearings, special
grease, etc.), Dietz-motoren should be contacted.
5.4 Zusammenbau des Motors 5.4 Assembling the motor

uss in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim Zerlegen
vorgenommen werden. Es ist auf korrekte Anzugsmomente zu
achten.
The motor must be assembled following the instructions for
dismantling but in reverse order. Ensure correct tightening torques.
6. Schutzart bei Bauform IM B14 und IM B34
6. Protection class for models IM B14 and IM B34
Bei Bauform IM B14 bzw. IM B34 wird die Schutzart erst durch
Anflanschen des Motors an die Arbeitsmaschine erreicht.
Die angegebene maximale Einschraubtiefe ist unbedingt zu
beachten, da sonst die Motorwicklung beschädigt werden kann!
Die angegebene Motorschutzart wird erst nach Installation
erreicht, wenn dabei sämtliche mögliche Anschlussöffnungen o.Ä.

abel, geeigneten Kabelverschraubungen, Verschlußstopfen
abgedichtet worden sind.
Eventuell vorhandene Kondenswasserbohrungen müssen
verschlossen werden, um die angegebene Schutzart zu erreichen.

gestempelt sind, gelten folgende Werte:
 Aufstellhöhe max. 1000 m über NN
 Kühlmitteltemperatur + 5°C bis + 40°C
 Frequenztoleranz ±2% nach DIN EN 60034-1
 Spannungstoleranz ± 5% nach DIN EN 60034-1

ax. Konstantklimata 23/83 und 40/92 ist zulässig; entspricht
erhöhter Luftfeuchtigkeit und normalem Tropenklima

übereinstimmen.

die Bemessungsleistung des Motors darf nicht überschritten
werden.
 Schutzleiter anschließen an Klemme.
 Abschnitt „Anschluss“ beachten.
 Observe general safety notices.

Observe the valid national and/or international operating and
installation requirements for the system and/or machine.

Compare data on rating plate with the supplying mains and
driven machine.

Mains voltage and frequency must match the rated voltage
and frequency of the motor.
 The motor's rated output must not be exceeded.
 Connect earth conductor to terminal.
 Observe "Connection" section.




