NOTE: When setting a timer, it is recommended to disable the
Update functions, see the following chapters.
OSD Setting
- OSD Timeout: 3~10
- OSD Transparency: when set to 00 the OSD screens cover
the whole screen, when set to 10 to 40% the screens show the
image below.
- Switching Mode: Video Freeze/Black Screen
- Subtitle Display: On/Off
USB Update/OTA Upgrade
These menus allow the update of the decoder, either via USB
(a USB memory with the update file inside must be inserted) or
via OTA. Select the item you wish to use and press OK to enter
the submenu.

- Highlight Start and press OK button to update.
Press MENU to return to the previous menu or EXIT to exit the
menu.
Other
- Automatic Standby:
Timer mode: On, after 3 hours of total inactivity (no
command) the decoder will automatically turn off. Off to
deactivate the automatic standby.
Timer Off: it is set by law to 3 hours but you can set after
how long of total inactivity you want the decoder to turn off:
use the numeric keys of the remote control and press OK,
then exit with EXIT or MENU.
- Automatic Software Update
NOTE: It is recommended to leave the existing settings in the
decoder.
