The inserted USB memory is not recognized
Not all USB devices are compatible. It is recommended to use
powered HDDs that are equipped with their own power supply.
Compatibility with large capacity USB devices is not
guaranteed; if problems arise, we recommend that you run a
partition or use a smaller capacity HDD.
NOTE: the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage or
loss of data.
Some files are not recognized
The manufacturer cannot guarantee the playback of the files
even though the extension is supported: this depends on the
Codec used, the data bit rate and the resolution. Any codec
update is the responsibility of the main board manufacturer, it is
not possible to do it via SW.
The decoder or TV turns itself off
As required by recent European energy saving regulations, the
devices must automatically switch off after 3 hours from the last
operation performed (autostandby). NOTE: you can disable this
function in the relevant menus.
