What to do if I cannot access my Digisol IP Camera?

First, ensure the IP camera is correctly powered on; the 'Power' LED should be lit. Confirm your mobile phone/tablet has a stable internet connection. Verify the Wi-Fi details entered in the app are correct. If still inaccessible, reset the IP camera to its factory default by pressing the 'reset' button. If connecting from the internet, ensure the port the IP camera uses isn't blocked by a firewall or other software/hardware.
