The EdgeVis HD-IP250 functions as an encoder, capable of recording and transmitting video from an IP camera. It supports streaming over a 3G/4G cellular network, Wi-Fi, or a wired LAN connection. It can be managed and configured remotely via an EdgeVis Server or locally.
