charge.IfDimplexisunabletorepairorreplacesuchproductorpart,orifrepairor
replacementisnotcommerciallypracticableorcannotbetimelymade,Dimplexmay,
in lieu of repair or replacement, choose to refund the purchase price for such product
orpart.Thepurchasershallnotbeentitledtoon-siteorin-houseservices.The
purchaserisresponsibleforallexpensesincurredforrepairorreplacementofsuch
product or part including, without limitation, all shipping costs and transportation costs
