Server
The Perfect•Temp Classic II server is a compartmented style, round entrée food service
tray specifically designed for the Perfect•Temp rethermalization system. It incorporates
individual soup, entrée and side dishware. The Classic II server consists of six compartments,
two of which are cut through the server bottom and are dedicated to soup and entrée dishes. The
round entrée is designed to accommodate the meat, starch and vegetable. The remainder of the
tray has two cold dish compartments and includes an area for silverware, napkin and condiments.
The soup and entrée areas are compatible for use with china or disposable soup bowls.
Construction:
• Injection molded, textured polysulfone with two handle grips
• Ringed area around soup compartment and the two cold side dish compartments to
position and interlock the full insulated cover and ensure temperature integrity

• Two-piece matching, thermoformed, textured ABS with urethane foam core
• Mirrors configuration of server, providing isolated compartments for cold food, hot
entrée and starch, hot soup or cereal
• Designed to stack cover on cover and also to interlock with server when tray is used
in stacking configuration
