How to troubleshoot Direct Supply Medical Equipment bed that doesn't work?

If your Direct Supply Medical Equipment bed isn't working at all, first check if the bed is properly plugged into a working wall outlet. A damaged power cord could also be the culprit, in which case you should contact Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings for a replacement. Ensure all wire connections and power cords are securely connected. Also, make sure the pendant is properly plugged in and the connection holder is closed. If the pendant itself is faulty, replacing it might solve the issue. If a blown fuse in the control box is suspected, unplug the bed for 5 minutes; if the problem persists, contact Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings.
