1.0 IMPORTANT GENERAL INFORMATION
This general information and step precaution, which refers to rotor and accessories
protection against rust, like expressed in chapter MAINTENANCE, must be considered and
strictly performed otherwise producer shall not be liable for user's safety and warranty
Before use of the centrifuge. please check max. rotor load. If load exceed max. allowed
value (1.2 g/cm
3
), reduce speed as described in following text.
Every spilt liquid inside the centrifuge chamber must be attentive removed to prevent rust,
which is the main reason for faults.
Specially attention must be dedicated to contagious materials
Rotor loading must be arranged symmetric with regard to axis of rotation so that rotor
imbalance is minimal and to accomplish requests described in further.
Do not mix the same type accessories from other manufacturers. Each set is balanced, so it
mast be used as set.
It’s recommendable the centrifuge is checked from qualified person at least every 6 months.
WARNING: There are no serviceable parts inside device replaceable by user !
Do not move the centrifuge during rotor is turning !
2.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
2.1 DEFINITION
CENTRIC 150 benchop centrifuge does the work of several single-function centrifuges.
Five interchangable rotors allow you to process different size centrifuge tubes, test tubes and
capillary tubes.
2.2 TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Casing and centrifuge chamber is made-up of steel plate, varnished with high quality
lacquer. Chamber is protected with solid cover, which can be opened only when rotor stops. Motor
is fixed on rubber absorbers to avoid vibrations.
Device is controlled by microprocessor. Use is so very comfortable and easy. There are
build several security functions and self diagnostics tests.
Mains switch is on the back side with build in fuses (figure 1)
