13 Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Suggested remedy
The fan rotates with difficulty or not at
all.
The fan is blocked.
Remove any blockages.
The fan cannot be used to heat the air. The fan is defective.
1. Disconnect the power supplie
from the fan coil.
2. Do not touch the fan coil within
the next 2 h.
3. Contact an authorized service
agent.
There is no water in the pipes. There are air inclusions in the fan coils.
The 3-way water valve is defective.
There are air inclusions in the water cir-
culation.
1. Ensure that the hydrometer is op-
erating at a minimum pressure of
10 mT when the ventilation sys-
tem is switched off.
2. If the hydrometer indicates a
pressure of 0 mT or close to
0 mT, switch off the ventilation
system.
3. Refill the ventilation system with
water to a pressure of 15 mT.
4. Vent the ventilation system using
the vent valve on the evaporator.
5. If the circulation of the treated
water works properly, ensure that
the blower is working correctly.
6. Ensure that the temperature con-
troller is set correctly.
Replace the 3-way water valve
actuator or the housing.
Use the manual vent valves to
remove the air from the copper
pipes.
Fan speed fault. The wrong ventilation, temperature,
and/or mode settings has been made.
Select the desired setting using
the temperature controller.
Room temperature fault. The temperature controller is not set
correctly.
Set the desired temperature us-
ing the temperature controller.
