4.5 Lighting
The interior lighting is controlled using a door
contact.
Please contact the authorized Dometic
Service if a failure occurs.
Do not open the refrigerator door too far.
The door hinge and the decor panel can
be damaged if the door is opened too far.

Fasten Release
If the vehicle is parked for a longer period of
time, the locking hook can be clamped by
means of a locking bar (s. Fig. 17-18).
The door can be opened by pulling it.
4.6 Positioning the storage racks
The storage racks (1) are secured. In this way
inadvertent entrappment and suffocation of
children is prevented, if the storage racks are
removed. To protect children it must be avoi-
ded to create space for children in the cooling
compartment.
If it is necessary to remove these storage
racks (1) yet, first loosen the locking pins (2) .
For loosening, slide the locking device inwards
using a suitable tool (e.g. flat-blade screwdri-
ver) and outwards for fastening.
Remove the storage racks for cleaning
only! Place and lock the storage racks at
the same place afterwards.
Thus children have no space to be
entrapped in the refrigerator.
