4.9 Exchange of the igniter's
battery
Unlock the battery (2) by depressing and tur-
ning the button (1) approx. 90° counter-clock-
wise (by means of a suitable screw driver).
After removing the cap, the battery (1.5 V
AAA/R3/Micro) can be removed and repla-
ced. Observe correct polarity!

4.10 Operation during low
outside temperatures
Check regularly that the ventilation openings
(1) have not been blocked by snow, leaves or
similar.
Cold air can restrict the performance of the
unit. Install the winter covers (2) if you disco-
ver any loss of cooling performance when out-
door temperatures are low. This protects the
unit against excessively cold air.
You should also attach both winter covers if
the vehicle is taken out of service for a longer
period of time or while it is being cleaned from
the outside.

Remove the winter cover again in reverse
order if the outdoor temperature rises or the
cooling performance drops.
