Disassemble the air pump and inspect under the two flat disk valves, removing any debris found. * A worn or damaged pump diaphragm. Inspect the diaphragm for holes or rips and replace if needed. * A duckbill valve in the discharge fitting stuck open. Disassemble the discharge outlet and inspect the duckbill valve, cleaning or repairing it as necessary.
