LEARN TORQUE The learn Sequence is run at a reduced
rate of speed and power. This prevents the door and components
from being damaged during setup. The door must travel with
enough speed and power to move fully open and fully closed
without slamming. The door must stop at these positions without
any rebound. The learn sequence is what sets the position
endpoints to the controller via encoder counts. Not all door are
the same and some move harder than other therefore sometimes
the torque need to be raised. Adjust this approx 5% till the door
travels correctly.
LEARN OPEN SPEED Adjust speed to allow door to travel
just enough to complete the learn cycle. If door isn’t traveling fast
enough, It is recommended to adjust Learn Torque first.

SELECT MOTOR TYPE It is very important to select the
proper motor type that matches your application. Failure to have
the correct type selected can result damage of the door an learn
cycle may not be completed.

BOOST SPEED This function is for doors that have a heavy
drag from weather stripping. (it gives the door and extra push at
the start of the open and closed cycle.) Leave this set to default.
