7.2 Connection to the XMT Explosion-proof Probe
You can install up to 32 XMT probes on CN7.
The XMT model explosion probes must be connected in parallel to the console and directly to the connector
CN7. It does not go through the intrinsically safe barrier (the barrier is not applicable in this installation).
The table that follows shows the wiring connections between the XMT Probes and the LX 4 Console main
board CN7 terminal block:

White (-0 V) - Terminal 4
Blue (RS485B) - Terminal 3
Brown (RS485A) - Terminal 2
Red (+ 12V) - Terminal 1
