      If the motor doesn’t have much power when you use the DR Chainsaw for the first time, you will initially need to charge the battery pack before use. Also, the battery pack will need to go through a charge and discharge cycle 2-3 times to achieve full charge potential.

      If your DR Trimmer battery pack isn't charging, ensure it's fully inserted into the charger until the Green LED Light comes on. Also, verify the charger is plugged into a working outlet using a lamp or other appliance. Check that the outlet isn't controlled by a wall switch. Finally, the surrounding air temperature may be too hot or cold. Move the Charger and Battery Pack to a location where the temperature is between 50ºF (10ºC) and +100ºF (+37.8ºC).
