Savina – Getting started
Device check
Immediately before use on a patient, perfom the device check to
confirm that Savina is functioning correctly.
1. Set the power switch to On
The system start is performed.
The progress bar shows the progression of the system start.
Wait for the system to start (at most 20 seconds).
2. Savina starts in Standby mode, press Alarm Reset to suppress
the alarm tone
3. To start Breathing circuit check confirm by pressing the rotary
knob
4. Select the line Patient connection with the rotary knob and
confirm.
5. Select the application mode Mask/NIV or Tube with the rotary
knob and confirm
