Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly - You maynot reverse engineer, decompile, ordis-
assemble the SOFTWAREPRODUCT, exceptand onlyto the extent that such activityisexpresslypermitted byapplicable law not-
withstanding thislimitation. You maynot make anychangesormodificationsto the Software,without the written permission of an
officerofDSC. You maynot removeanyproprietarynotices,marksorlabelsfromthe Software Product. You shallinstitute reas-
onablemeasuresto ensure compliance with the termsand conditionsof thisEULA.
Separation of Components -The SOFTWAREPRODUCT islicensed asa single product.Itscomponent partsmaynot be sep-
arated foruse on more than one HARDWAREunit.
Single INTEGRATED PRODUCT -If You acquired thisSOFTWAREwith HARDWARE, then the SOFTWAREPRODUCT is
licensed with the HARDWAREasa single integrated product. In thiscase, the SOFTWAREPRODUCTmayonlybe used with the
HARDWAREassetforth in thisEULA.
Rental -You maynot rent, leaseorlend the SOFTWAREPRODUCT. You maynot make it availableto othersorpostiton a serveror
web site.
Software Product Transfer -You maytransferallof Yourrightsunder thisEULAonlyaspart of a permanent saleortransferof the
HARDWARE,provided You retain no copies,You transferallof the SOFTWAREPRODUCT(including allcomponent parts,the
mediaand printed materials,anyupgradesand thisEULA),and provided the recipient agreesto the termsof thisEULA.If the
SOFTWAREPRODUCTisan upgrade, anytransfermustalso include allpriorversionsofthe SOFTWAREPRODUCT.
Termination -Without prejudice to anyotherrights, DSCmayterminate thisEULAifYou failto complywith the termsand conditions
of thisEULA.In such event, You mustdestroyallcopiesof the SOFTWAREPRODUCTand allof itscomponent parts.
Trademarks - ThisEULAdoesnot grant You anyrightsin connection with anytrademarksorservice marksof DSCoritssuppliers.

ARBITRATION -Alldisputesarising in connection with thisAgreement shallbe determined byfinaland binding arbitration inaccord-
ance with the Arbitration Act, and the partiesagree to be bound bythe arbitrator’sdecision. The place of arbitration shallbe
Toronto, Canada, and the language of the arbitration shallbe English.
