Demount the l ift plate 199, remove the control stud 195, lock
washer
196, and setting sleeve 197 vvith lock washer; remove
l ift holt
and pressure spring, clean lift tube and
lift holt. Evenly
apply WACKER SILICONE OIL AK 500 000 to the lift bolt.
Reassemble the
parts.
a) Align cutout by
installation instructions.
b) Loosen or extend
the cables. .
Adjust knob 18 to mid position; adjust hex. nut 111 to rated
speed (clockvvise adjustment will increase the speed and vice versa).
a) Mount
the belt.
b) Check svvitch
base and mains plug.
c)
Tighten it.
a)
Exchange it.
b) Clean al l contacting surfaces
of belt and pulleys, if necessary
replace the belt.
