The screwed-on discharge port (discharge chute on mo-
wing deck) must always be securely fastened to the mo-
wing deck. It must not be damaged and, if necessary, it
must be replaced by a technician.
The braking function must be checked before each use.
Before each use, check whether:
the cutting tool and the entire cutting unit (mowing blade,
blade clutch, blade brake, retaining pin, mowing deck
housing) are in good condition. Particularly check for se-
cure fastening, damage and wear.
the tank cap is securely attached.
the tank and fuel-carrying parts, as well as the tank cap are
in good condition.
the safety devices are in good condition and function cor-
rectly.
the tyres (inflation pressure, damage, wear) and frame are
in good condition. Check that all screw connections are se-
curely fastened. In particular, all maintenance operations
listed in the maintenance schedule under the heading “Be-
fore each use” must be carried out.
If necessary, consult a specialist dealer.
Preparing the area to be mowed
Before mowing, carefully examine the area. Remove sto-
nes, sticks, bones, wires, toys and other objects that may
be ejected.
Ensure that no other people are present on the surface to be
mowed
Montage
Some parts of the mower come disassembled. For quick and
easy assembly, read and follow the instructions below.
Remove the lawnmower and attachments from the packaging
and check if all parts are available.
Install the Seat
Remove the bolts and flange nuts from seatmounting
brackets.
Place the seat assembly over the mounting brackets,alig-
ning the holes as shown.
Reinstall and securely tighten the bolts and flange nuts.
Connect the seat safety cable to the plug on the mower.
INSTALLING THE STEERING COLUMN
Put the shaft into the lower steering rod to align the shaft and
lower steering rod mounting holes. After inserting the bolts,
tighten them with Flange nut. The recommended torque is
25±2N.m.
After installing the shaft, put the decorative tube on the shaft.
Put flange Washer, bushing, flange Washer,Steering wheel
hub on the shaft.
hen install steering wheel and flat washer in the order and
direction as shown in the figure.The mounting points of the
steering wheel and the steering wheel base are aligned and
fixed with flange nut. The recommended torque is 24±2N.m;
Finally install Steering wheel cover on steering wheel.
Install Grass Bag
Hang the grass bag to the hook as figure
Add engine oil
Place the mower on a horizontal surface.
Remove the filler cap. Place the funnel securely and add oil.
Do not top off.
Check dipstick to confirm adequate amount of oil.
Secure the oil cap and wipe off any excess oil.
