ROAD SAFETY
The bicycles described in this user’s
manual are suitable for being ridden
on asphalt, thanks to the support of
the electric motor.
We recommend not using this type
of bike on unsurfaced roads, dirt
tracks or paths.
To ride this bicycle on public
roads, it must be equipped with
all the devices provided for by the
regulations in force in the country
the bike is being used, concerning
Trac Laws (when it comes to Italy,
consider “Legislative Decree
No. 285 of 30th April 1992). To add
said equipment, please contact your
local Dealer.
This manual provides guidance and
instructions on using our bikes,
but they do not replace rules,
requirements, decrees or Laws,
either general or specic ones, in
force where the bike is being used.
To ride a pedal-assisted bicycle in
Italy you do not need permissions
from the public authorities, nor
do you need a driving license.
In some states you may need to
verify whether the characteristics
of the bike comply with the rules
established by specic local norms.
Check the requirements before you
use your bike.
For your own safety, always wearing
a type-approved helmet while
cycling is necessary.
Pay extra attention when the
ground is wet, especially when
hitting the brakes, as wet asphalt
may undermine the grip of the
tyres. Regular checks after cycling
for long distances is recommended.
Always wearing a helmet and suitable
equipment to cycle is recommended.
