PARENTS AND
LEGAL GUARDIANS
A parent or legal guardian is liable
for the actions and for the safety of
their child, for the safe state of the
bicycle and for its adjustment to the
size of the cyclist.
This bicycle is not suitable for
children, however, if you decide
that the child/adolescent is able
to use it, you must make sure he or
she has learned to use the EPAC –
Electrically Power Assisted Cycle –
bike in a safe and responsible way.
The best way to verify this is to have
them ride it in the environment in
which the bicycle is supposed to be
used. Contacting your local Ducati
Dealer is advisable.
