  If your Dulux Paint Sprayer unit isn't powering up, there are several potential causes: * The power lead might not be correctly inserted. Ensure it's properly inserted. * The power lead may have been pulled out. Reinsert the power lead. * The power lead might not be plugged into the mains socket. Plug it in. * The mains power might not be turned on. Turn on the mains socket. * The power lead could be damaged. If so, replace it.

  If the cleaning button on your Dulux Paint Sprayer isn't activating the cleaning cycle, it could be because: * The drain cycle hasn't been carried out. Perform the drain cycle. * A paint pack is still in place. Carry out the draining and cleaning cycle. * The roller isn't correctly docked in the docking station (the clean warning light will be illuminated). Place it in the docking station correctly.

  The paint pack warning light on your Dulux Paint Sprayer might be illuminated because: * There is no paint pack in the PaintPod. Place a paint pack into the white chamber. * The paint pack is inserted the wrong way around. Remove the paint pack and replace it, ensuring the dip tube hole inside the pack is facing the correct way. * The white chamber lid isn't closed properly. Open and reclose the lid, ensuring that it clicks closed. * A paint pack is still present in the white chamber while trying to clean. ‘Drain’ the paint back into the pack. Remove the pack from the white chamber before starting the cleaning program.

Why is there insufficient paint on the Dulux PaintPod Paint Sprayer roller sleeve?

  If there's insufficient or no paint on the roller sleeve of your Dulux Paint Sprayer, it could be due to: * Dip tube pump wear. Replace the dip tube. * A tube that is twisted, kinked, or pinched off. Straighten, or replace the dip tube. * Inadequate cleaning on previous use, leading to a blocked dip tube. Replace the dip tube. * The dip tube not engaged correctly. Check the orientation of the dip tube. * A flat battery in the handset. Replace the battery in the roller handle. * An empty paint pack. Replace the paint pack. * Not using paint loading trigger sufficiently to load paint. Use paint loading trigger whilst rolling roller to load paint onto roller.

Immediately release the paint loading trigger and roll out excess paint. Then use the paint loading trigger as directed. * An old and worn roller sleeve. Replace the roller sleeve. * A roller sleeve that is wet from previous use. Remove the sleeve, squeeze out excess water, and allow it to dry. * Water in the tube from a previous cleaning cycle. Roll the roller onto a dry cloth to remove excess water. If you notice water in the tube before painting, then excess water can be drained by using the drain cycle. * The feeder roller not being in place.
