They offer single, dual, or three-temperature zone configurations, depending on the model, allowing for precise temperature control from 5°C to 20°C (41°F to 68°F). This flexibility enables users to set specific temperatures for long-term storage or for serving red, white, or sparkling wines. Some models include both cooling and heating functions to maintain ideal conditions.
The units feature a dynamic compressor-type cooling system that ensures even air circulation, temperature distribution, and humidity control within the cabinet. Automatic defrosting with defrost water evaporation helps maintain the correct humidity level, crucial for preserving natural corks. The reversible tempered double/triple pane glass doors protect wine from UV light while offering an attractive display and minimizing condensation and noise.
