If the temperature inside your Dunavox Wine Cooler isn't cold enough, several factors could be the cause. The unit may be too close to a heat source; if so, keep it away from sunshine or other heat sources. Poor ventilation could also be the problem; ensure the chiller is in an area with good ventilation and that nothing is blocking the fans. Check if the fans are working and that the plug is connected, or consider changing the fan. Finally, make sure the door is closed tightly and that you aren’t opening it too frequently or for too long.
