  If the Duraflame Stove heater isn’t working even with the power and heater switches on and the thermostat at its highest setting, it's possible the thermal protector has tripped. To resolve this, turn all switches off and unplug the unit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug it back in and operate as usual. Alternatively, the heater function may be locked. To unlock it, hold the power button for 10 seconds to activate the heater function.
