If the system does not give full suction after fi lter clea-
ning, it is recommended to exchange the fi ne fi lter. Use
only the original fi lter and spare parts.
Measuring the pressure drop over the dust extractor
can check the condition of the fi lter. Compare with
the curve in ”Technical data”.
If the pressure drop is higher the fi lter should be
exchanged.
Filter change; e fi ne fi lter should be exchanged at
least once per year. Only the original fi lter is allowed.
Use a breathing protection during the fi lter change. Do
not expose unprotected persons to harmful dust.
1. Turn off and lock the disconnect.
2. Use breathing protection
3. Disconnect the top of the cyclone
4. Lift off the top, carefully disconnect the green
yellow potential equalisation cable.
5. Disconnect the green yellow cable from the fi ne
fi lter.
6. Lift out the fi ne fi lter and seal it in a plastic bag.
7. Clean the surface seal with a moisture cloth before
lifting in the new fi lter art no 4292.
8. Lift in the new fi lter cartridge
9. Connect the green yellow potential equalisation
cable. Both to fi lter and top-
10. Lift the top on and connect.
11. Unlock the disconnect and power up the pump
unit.
Make sure that the bin or bag under the cyclone
is emptied on a regular interval. Depending of the
frequent using of the unit interval can vary.
Time to empty: When the level of the material in the
bin or sack is 10 cm under the cyclone lowest point.
e DC 11000 should be tested for performance and
safety once a year as a minimum depending on frequent
use. During these tests worn part should be replaced-

Never compromise the safety and function of the DC
11000 – use only original spare parts.
e pump unit should be inspected and lubricated at
least once time per year or if used under hard service
at 20 kPa under pressure continuous use;
Lubrication is necessary after 1500 hours.
1. Start the pump and listen for abnormal sound.
2. Shut down the pump unit and lock the electrical
disconnector.
3. e turbo pump bearings should be lubricated with
grease, Part No 9928. Exchange the O ring Part No
4789
4. Inspect all cables and connections, repair if
necessary.
